Dated 1939 fashion plate, detailing Victorian men's fashion in June 1843. Comes in original paper frame.

Size:

  • Frame: 27cm x 23.5cm
  • Picture: 19cm x 15.5cm

Original frame is paper, and thus can be fragile.

Measurements

All measurements are taken by hand with the garment on a hanger or table. As such there may be some small deviation between the size measured and the actual size.

Measurements are taken as follows:

  • Chest: Armpit to armpit
  • Shoulders: Shoulder seam to shoulder seam
  • Sleeves: Shoulder seam to cuff of sleeve
  • Length: Collar seam to bottom of skirt
  • Waist: Around the waist
  • Inseam: Crotch seam to cuff of trousers
  • Front/back rise: Crotch seam to top of waistband
